Kanye’s fourth album, 808s and Heartbreak signalled a bold move into a new, auto-tune dominated sound, that divided fans but confirmed West’s status as a true hip hop innovator. Recorded in Hawaii, every track featured 808-generated drumming. It was also a departure from Kanye’s previous albums in that it only features four other artists: Kid Cudi, Young Jeezy, Mr. Hudson, and Lil Wayne.
Includes the hits ‘Love Lockdown’ and ‘Heartless’.
